Crispy Nachos
Ingredients:
- 250 g totopos (tortilla chips)
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup black beans (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Poblano & Habanero Hot Sauce Lago de Chapala
- Chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven:
Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
Prepare the tray:
Place the tortilla chips on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Add ingredients:
Spread the black beans (if using) on top of the tortilla chips.
Add the shredded cheddar cheese, red onion and sliced jalapeños.
Bake:
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve:
Remove from oven and top with avocado slices, sour cream and Poblano & Habanero Hot Sauce Lago de Chapala.
Sprinkle fresh cilantro on top, if desired.
Enjoy:
