Spicy Fire Wings

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • Chile de Arbol Hot Sauce Lago de Chapala
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika (sweet paprika)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Celery and carrot sticks (optional, for garnish)
  • Sour cream or ranch dressing (optional, to serve)

Instructions:
Preheat oven:

Preheat oven to 200 °C (400 °F).

Prepare the wings:

In a large bowl, mix the chicken wings with the melted butter, Chile de Arbol Hot Sauce Lago de Chapala, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Make sure all the wings are well coated.

Bake:

Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure they are in a single layer.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Serve:

Remove the wings from the oven and let stand for a couple of minutes.
Serve hot with celery and carrot sticks and serve with sour cream or ranch dressing.
